All receipts for liquor purchases will be provided to the client for record keeping. We do not own or sell alcoholic beverages but will provide you with alcohol variety and quantity recommendations and a shopping list based on the number of guests and type of bar you will be offering, and we can do the shopping for you. Alcohol will be served in accordance with Florida-Georgia State Liquor laws and regulations. Our staff will not serve alcohol to minors (anyone under the legal age of 21 years). GRATUITY
Service fees do not include gratuity for the bartender, which can be handled one of two ways: You may allow a tip jar to be placed on the mobile bartending service bar, which is the preferred method, or opt in for “hosted gratuity,” in which the tip jar is eliminated, and the host pre-pays for the gratuity.
PAYMENT
All packages require a non-refundable retainer of 50% at the time of booking. The total balance due will need to be paid twenty-one (21) calendar days before the date of the event (dependent upon when booked). Runnin' Buzz Bartending cannot perform any mobile bartending services until full payment is received. The retainer is non-refundable once the date is secured and staff is scheduled. However, you can reschedule with another date up to six (6) months later and use the retainer for the rescheduled event.
We accept Cash, Credit Cards, the Cash App, PayPal, and Venmo as forms of payment.
Selected checks are accepted (must ask for details).
REFUNDS
All payments received are non-refundable, unless extenuating circumstances arise. These are treated on a case by case basis.
CANCELLATION & CHANGES
Event cancellation must be in writing and by the contracted parties. All contracted fees paid up to the date of cancellation are non-refundable unless a purchase for alcohol has been made. If the date or location has been changed, the contract will apply to the new date and location; however, it must be requested in writing and approved by all contracted parties. Additional fees may be applied due to the changes.
